I am a writer and translator from Beijing.
My translation of Chinese Nobel Laureate Mo Yan’s novella 火把与口哨 is forthcoming as The Wolf and the Whistler with Swift Press in the UK in March 2027.
My fiction has appeared in Gulf Coast, The Common, Four Way Review, and more. I hold a dual-certificate MFA in fiction writing and literary translation from Columbia University, where I taught undergraduate creative writing. I’m currently seeking representation for my short story collection I Who Have Survived Myself to Arrive at Loving You, and I’m working on a novel titled Black River.
